โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาที่ดินเพื่อป้องกันและบรรเทาภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตรในพื้นที่บ้านบุญเริง หมู่ที่ ๔ ตําบลบ้านเวียง อําเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อฟื้นฟูและป้องกันพื้นที่เสี่ยงต่อภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร ปรับปรุงดินให้มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่เกษตรกรที่ประสบภัยแล้งและภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร รวมถึงเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและภาวะโลกร้อน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างบ่อดักตะกอนดินจำนวน 4 แห่ง เพื่อดักตะกอนที่ไหลมาตามน้ำ, การสร้างขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่องในพื้นที่ความลาดชัน 21-35% ระยะทางรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 4,800 เมตร เพื่อลดความเร็วของน้ำไหลบ่า และการขุดคูเบนน้ํารูปสี่เหลี่ยมคางหมู ระยะทางไม่น้อยกว่า 0.450 กิโลเมตร เพื่อระบายน้ำออกจากพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการจัดทําป้ายโครงการขนาด 0.80 x 1.20 เมตร จำนวน 1 ป้าย
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบและข้อกําหนดของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และต้องดําเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project aims to develop land for the prevention and mitigation of agricultural disasters in Ban Bun Rueang, Phrae Province. The objectives are to restore and protect areas at risk of agricultural disasters, improve soil fertility, increase the efficiency of problem-solving for farmers facing drought and agricultural disasters, and prepare for climate change and global warming.
The scope of work includes the construction of 4 sediment trap ponds, discontinuous terrace construction in areas with a slope of 21-35% totaling no less than 4,800 meters, and trapezoidal canal excavation totaling no less than 0.450 kilometers. It also includes the production of a project sign with size 0.80 x 1.20 meters, 1 sign.
The contractor must carry out the construction according to the design and specifications of the Department of Land Development and must complete the work within 60 days from the date of signing the contract.
