โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) สายหนองวงษ์ ซอย ๒ ช่วงที่ ๓ หมู่ที่ ๗ ต.หนองอิรุณ อ.บ้านบึง จ.ชลบุรี โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานหลายส่วน ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงพื้นทางเดิมให้ได้ระดับและบดอัดแน่น, การก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก กว้าง 6 เมตร ยาว 260 เมตร หนา 0.20 เมตร พร้อมตีเส้นจราจร, การจัดทำตัวอย่างคอนกรีตเพื่อทดสอบคุณภาพ และการปรับปรุงไหล่ทางโดยใช้วัสดุพื้นทางเดิม นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้วัสดุและเหล็กภายในประเทศ และติดตั้งป้ายแสดงรายละเอียดโครงการทั้งแบบชั่วคราวและถาวรตามที่กำหนดในแบบแปลน

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road (R.C.C.) on Nong Wong Soi 2, Section 3, in Chonburi province. The main works include the improvement of the existing road surface, the construction of a 6-meter wide, 260-meter long, and 0.20-meter thick R.C.C. pavement, road marking, and concrete sample collection for quality testing. It also includes the installation of both temporary and permanent project signs. The contractor must use domestically produced materials and steel according to the specified requirements.
