รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำ (ดีเซล) แบบ 10 ล้อ ขนาดความจุถังน้ำไม่น้อยกว่า 12,000 ลิตร เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในพื้นที่ตำบลหนองหว้าและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระงับอัคคีภัย การแจกจ่ายน้ำแก่ประชาชนในฤดูแล้ง และการสนับสนุนภารกิจสาธารณประโยชน์ต่างๆ ตามอำนาจหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองหว้า
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุกน้ำที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 240 แรงม้า, ถังน้ำผลิตจากโรงงานที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน มอก./ISO 9001, ปั๊มน้ำดับเพลิงที่มีอัตราสูบไม่น้อยกว่า 2,000 ลิตรต่อนาที, ระบบท่อน้ำดับเพลิง, แท่นปืนฉีดน้ำ, เสาไฟเทเลพร้อมไฟส่องสว่าง, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, ชุดสายดับเพลิง, หัวฉีดดับเพลิง, ระบบเท้าช้าง, ระบบไฟสัญญาณฉุกเฉิน และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยผู้ที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดและมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดจะได้รับการคัดเลือก
This project aims to procure a 10-wheeled diesel water truck with a tank capacity of at least 12,000 liters for disaster prevention and mitigation, fire suppression, and water distribution to the public in Nong Whawa subdistrict, Sa Kaeo province. The main objectives are to enhance the efficiency of fire suppression, water distribution during the dry season, and to support various public service missions under the authority of the Nong Whawa Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
The scope of work includes procuring a water truck with specified features such as a 240 horsepower diesel engine, a water tank manufactured by a factory certified to TIS/ISO 9001 standards, a fire extinguishing pump with a pumping rate of at least 2,000 liters per minute, fire extinguishing piping system, water gun platform, telecommunication pole with lighting, power generator, fire extinguishing cable set, fire extinguishing nozzle, outrigger system, emergency signal lighting system, and other related equipment.
Bidders must meet specified qualifications such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being suspended from submitting proposals, and being registered in the government procurement system with the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department.
The selection of proposals will primarily use price criteria. The bidder who submits the lowest price and meets all the specified qualifications will be selected.
