รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุกชนิด 6 ล้อ ติดตั้งเครนไฮโดรลิคพร้อมกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้า จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคารราชการ, สถานที่สาธารณะ และตามเส้นทางสาธารณะในพื้นที่ตำบลบางพระ นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบรรเทาสาธารณภัยต่างๆ เช่น ช่วยผู้ประสบภัยในที่สูง และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงานในที่สูง รวมถึงการดูแลรักษาความสะอาด ตัดแต่งกิ่งไม้ และจัดการอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่อยู่สูงให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุก 6 ล้อ ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น กำลังแรงม้าไม่น้อยกว่า 150 แรงม้า, เครนไฮโดรลิคที่สามารถยกสูงได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร, กระบะบรรทุกที่มีปริมาตรความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ลบ.ม. พร้อมระบบยกเทท้ายด้วยไฮโดรลิค ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับประกันการชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี และส่งมอบรถในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา
การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาผู้ที่เสนอราคาภายในวงเงินงบประมาณและมีคุณสมบัติถูกต้องตาม TOR ที่กำหนด
This project aims to procure one 6-wheeled truck equipped with a hydraulic crane and an aerial platform for electrical repairs. The objective is to address maintenance issues related to lighting systems in public buildings, public areas, and roads within Bang Phra Subdistrict. It also enhances disaster relief efforts, improves safety for personnel working at heights, and facilitates the maintenance of cleanliness, tree trimming, and the organization of elevated equipment.
The scope of work includes supplying a 6-wheeled truck meeting the specifications outlined in the TOR, such as a minimum engine power of 150 horsepower, a hydraulic crane with a lifting height of at least 12 meters, a cargo bed with a minimum capacity of 3 cubic meters, and a hydraulic tipping system. Bidders must provide a 1-year warranty against defects and deliver the truck in fully operational condition within 90 days of contract signing.
The bid evaluation will be based on price, considering bidders who offer a price within the budget and meet all the qualifications specified in the TOR.
