รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องผลิตน้ําบริสุทธิ์คุณภาพสูง จํานวน 1 เครื่อง ให้แก่สถานการแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในห้องปฏิบัติการสําหรับการผลิตน้ําคุณภาพสูงที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพวัตถุดิบสมุนไพร ยา และผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร ตลอดจนเพื่อให้การดําเนินงานสอดคล้องกับข้อกําหนด ISO/IEC 17025:2017 ในห้องปฏิบัติการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ยา และผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร (Siriraj Herbal - Drug Examination and Analysis Central Laboratory (SiHAC)).
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาเครื่องผลิตน้ําบริสุทธิ์ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น สามารถผลิตน้ําที่มีคุณภาพสูงกว่าหรือเทียบเท่าคุณภาพน้ํา Type I water ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM D1193, มีระบบตรวจวัดแรงดันน้ําขาเข้า, มีระบบสร้างแรงดันน้ําที่เหมาะสม และมีหน้าจอแสดงผลเป็นระบบสัมผัสเพื่อแสดงข้อมูลคุณภาพน้ําและสถานะการทํางานของเครื่อง
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นตัวแทนจําหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต, ได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO9001 และ ISO14001 และมีทีมวิศวกรบริการที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมจากผู้ผลิต
การส่งมอบพัสดุต้องดําเนินการภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project aims to procure one high-purity water purification system for the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Department, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. The system will be used to produce high-quality water for laboratory analysis of raw herbal materials, medicines, and herbal products, and to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards in the Siriraj Herbal-Drug Examination and Analysis Central Laboratory (SiHAC).
The scope of work includes supplying a water purification system with specified features such as producing water of Type I water quality according to ASTM D1193 standards, having an inlet water pressure monitoring system, an appropriate water pressure generation system, and a touch-screen display for water quality and system status information.
Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including being appointed as a distributor by the manufacturer, holding ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, and having a service engineer team trained by the manufacturer.
The delivery of the system must be completed within 90 days from the contract signing date.
