โครงการจัดซื้อชุดน้ำยาประกอบเพื่อการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางชีวโมเลกุลมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคติดเชื้อต่างๆ ของหน่วยชีวโมเลกุลวินิจฉัย โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยจะทำการจัดซื้อชุดน้ำยาจำนวน 24 รายการ ประกอบด้วยชุดน้ำยาตรวจเชื้อรา (Fungus) เช่น Pythium insidiosum และ Fungal diagnostic by 18s rRNA, ชุดน้ำยาตรวจแบคทีเรีย (Bacterial) เช่น Bacterial diagnostic by 16S rRNA และ Streptococcus suis, ชุดน้ำยาควบคุมคุณภาพ (QCMD panel และ CAP EQA), หลอด PCR, ชุดน้ำยา Platinum Taq DNA polymerase, ชุดน้ำยา dNTP mix, ชุดน้ำยา TBE Buffer, ชุดน้ำยา FastStart Essential DNA Probe Master, ชุดน้ำยา RealTime ready RNA Virus Master, ชุดน้ำยา cDNA synthesis, ชุดน้ำยา Faecal buffer, ชุดน้ำยา Proteinase K, ชุดเตรียมตัวอย่าง MagnaLyzer, Flow Cell สำหรับ nanopore sequencing และชุดน้ำยาวิเคราะห์สายพันธุกรรม (16S Barcoding Kit และ Rapid Barcoding Sequencing Kit) รวมถึง LongAmp Hot Start Taq 2X Master Mix โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการและส่งมอบภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา โดยคณะแพทยศาสตร์จะพิจารณาตัดสินด้วยราคาต่ำสุด
The project aims to procure 24 items of molecular diagnostic reagent kits for the Molecular Diagnostic Unit, Srinakharin Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University. The procurement list includes reagent kits for detecting fungi and bacteria, quality control kits, PCR tubes, DNA polymerase reagent kits, and various genetic analysis reagent kits. The project duration and delivery timeframe is within 90 days after signing the contract. The Faculty of Medicine will consider and decide based on the lowest price.
