โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อผลิตและเผยแพร่สื่อข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานของกรมพลศึกษาผ่านสื่อโทรทัศน์และช่องทางออนไลน์ต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมการพลศึกษาชาติ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของกรมพลศึกษาในการพัฒนาการพลศึกษาของชาติ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การออกแบบ ผลิต และเผยแพร่วิดีโอสกู๊ปข่าวทั้งแบบ Full Version และ Short Version ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์และสื่อโทรทัศน์ดิจิทัลชั้นนำ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการผลิตและเผยแพร่ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บไซต์สำนักข่าวและ Facebook Page ที่มีผู้ติดตามจำนวนมาก พร้อมทั้ง Boost Post เพื่อเพิ่มการเข้าถึง

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการจัดงานแถลงข่าวในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ หรือปริมณฑล โดยมีการนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดงานที่สร้างสรรค์ การผลิตเอกสารข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ การเชิญสื่อมวลชนจากทุกแขนง และการจัดเตรียมสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เพื่อให้การแถลงข่าวเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและประสบความสำเร็จ

เป้าหมายโดยรวมของโครงการนี้คือ การกระตุ้นให้ประชาชนตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของการออกกำลังกาย เล่นกีฬา และทำกิจกรรมนันทนาการ เพื่อสุขภาวะที่ยั่งยืน

The project aims to produce and disseminate public relations media showcasing the achievements of the Department of Physical Education through television and online channels, as well as organize public relations activities to promote national physical education. The contractor is required to produce video news scoops for dissemination through leading television and online media, produce public relations news for dissemination through news websites and Facebook Pages with a large following, and organize a press conference in Bangkok or its vicinity to raise awareness and understanding of national physical education.

The scope of work includes designing, producing, and disseminating both Full Version and Short Version video news scoops through online channels and leading digital television stations. Additionally, it involves producing and disseminating public relations news through news websites and Facebook Pages with a large following, along with boosting posts to increase reach.

Furthermore, the contractor must organize a press conference in Bangkok or its vicinity, presenting creative approaches to the event, producing public relations news materials, inviting media from all sectors, and preparing venues and facilities to ensure the press conference runs smoothly and successfully.

The overall goal of this project is to encourage the public to recognize the value of exercise, sports, and recreational activities for sustainable well-being.
