ร่างขอบเขตงาน (TOR) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุก 6 ล้อ เทท้ายติดตั้งเครนไฮดรอลิค เพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน รองรับกรณีฉุกเฉิน และสนับสนุนด้านสาธารณภัย รวมถึงบริการสาธารณประโยชน์ทั่วไป
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหารถยนต์บรรทุก 6 ล้อ ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น ตัวรถและโครงสร้างตามมาตรฐานโรงงาน, เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 5 สูบ, ระบบส่งกําลังและบังคับเลี้ยวตามมาตรฐาน, กระบะเหล็กชุบซิงค์ที่ยกเทท้ายด้วยระบบไฮดรอลิค, เครนไฮดรอลิคที่สามารถยกได้สูงไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตรเมื่อติดตั้งกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้า, ระบบไฟฉุกเฉิน, และอุปกรณ์ประจํารถ
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับประกันคุณภาพตัวรถยนต์และอุปกรณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และส่งมอบรถยนต์ภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา การพิจารณาผลจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ําสุด โดยจะชําระเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อตรวจรับรถถูกต้องครบถ้วนและผู้ขายได้จดทะเบียนและส่งมอบเล่มทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว
This TOR outlines the procurement of a 6-wheel dump truck equipped with a hydraulic crane. The vehicle will be used for public electrical system repairs, enhancing operational efficiency and safety, emergency response, and general public service support.
The scope of work includes providing a 6-wheel dump truck with specified features such as a factory-standard chassis, a diesel engine with at least 5 cylinders, standard transmission and steering systems, a galvanized steel dump bed with hydraulic lift, a hydraulic crane capable of lifting to at least 12 meters with an attached aerial work platform, emergency lighting, and standard vehicle equipment.
Bidders must guarantee the quality of the vehicle and equipment for at least 1 year and deliver the vehicle within 90 days of contract signing. The lowest price will be the determining factor for bid selection. Payment will be made in a single installment upon successful inspection, registration, and title delivery.
