รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กในพื้นที่บ้านกู่ หมู่ที่ ๗ ตำบลมะอึ อำเภอธวัชบุรี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยมีรายละเอียดคือ ถนนมีความกว้าง 4 เมตร, ยาว 1,400 เมตร, และหนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,850 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าส่องสว่าง ขนาด 50 วัตต์ จำนวน 66 ชุด โดยใช้เสาไฟแบบเลื่อนปรับระดับความสูงได้ (6.00-9.00 เมตร) พร้อมฐานรากเข็มเหล็ก (KEMREX)
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในการสัญจรไปมา ให้ได้รับความสะดวกและปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น ลดปัญหาการซ่อมแซมถนนที่เกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง และเพื่อสนับสนุนการเจริญเติบโตและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของท้องถิ่น
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 4,203,500 บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง
เทศบาลตำบลมะอึจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของหน่วยงานรัฐและวัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้งานเป็นสำคัญ กำหนดระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วันนับถัดจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา
The project aims to construct a reinforced concrete road in Ban Ku, Village No. 7, Tambon Ma-ue, Amphoe Thawat Buri, Roi Et Province. The road will be 4 meters wide, 1,400 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, covering an area of at least 5,850 square meters. The project also includes the installation of 66 sets of 50-watt lighting systems using adjustable height poles (6.00-9.00 meters) with steel pile foundations (KEMREX).
The main objectives are to alleviate the difficulties faced by the public in commuting, improve safety, reduce frequent road repairs, and support local growth and orderliness.
Interested bidders must meet specific qualifications, including a similar construction track record of no less than 4,203,500 Baht, and be registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) with the Comptroller General’s Department.
Tha Ma-ue Subdistrict Municipality will make decisions based on price criteria, considering the benefits to the government agency and the objectives of use. The construction must be completed within 120 days from the contract signing date.
