โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยางรถยนต์ขนาดต่างๆ เพื่อใช้ในราชการ โดยยางที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นยางชนิดไม่ใช้ยางใน (TUBELESS) หรือชนิดประกอบยางใน (TUBE) ตามความต้องการของทางราชการ คุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของผู้ผลิต หรือตามที่ราชการกำหนด เช่น ชนิดยางเรเดียล (RADIAL PLY TYRE) หรือชนิดผ้าใบเฉียง (BIAS PLY TYRE), อัตราชั้นผ้าใบ, ดอกยาง และอัตราการรับน้ำหนัก ยางที่จัดหาต้องเป็นยางใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และต้องมีความสมดุล หากเป็นยาง TUBELESS ต้องมีหัวเติมลมครบชุด หากเป็นยาง TUBE ต้องมียางรอง (Flaps) ครบชุด ยางที่เสนอต้องได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพ มอก. (สำหรับยางผลิตในประเทศ) หรือมาตรฐานสากล (สำหรับยางผลิตต่างประเทศ) และมีอายุไม่เกิน 6 เดือน (ยางในประเทศ) หรือ 12 เดือน (ยางต่างประเทศ) นับถึงวันส่งมอบ

This project aims to procure various sizes of tires for official use. The tires must be either tubeless or tube-type, as required by the government. Technical specifications must meet manufacturer standards or government requirements, such as radial or bias-ply type, ply rating, tread pattern, and load capacity. The tires must be new and unused, and balanced. Tubeless tires must include a complete valve stem set, while tube-type tires must include a complete flap set. The tires must be certified with TIS (for domestically produced tires) or international standards (for foreign-produced tires) and must not be older than 6 months (domestic) or 12 months (foreign) from the date of delivery.
