The tank is a horizontal steel oil tank, floor-mounted with a support base, compliant with the Ministerial Regulations for Fuel Service Stations B.E. 2552. The tank has a capacity of at least 20,000 liters, a horizontal cylindrical shape, divided into 3 compartments, with a manhole and cover, inlet-outlet-drain pipes, a vent pipe, a brass oil level gauge, a pulley and plumb bob with a scale, a ladder, and other equipment according to the manufacturer’s standards. The tank body is made of SS400 hot-rolled flat steel with a thickness of at least 4.0 mm. Welding and assembly must be strong and free from defects, with welders being skilled and certified. Leak testing with compressed air and standard painting are required, along with the Department of Irrigation logo on the tank. The seller must provide a warranty of at least 1 year and specify a contactable name and address in Thailand for maintenance.
