รายละเอียดการจ้าง
งานนี้เป็นการจ้างบริษัทมาดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม “โครงการสร้างความร่วมมือการดำเนินงานในเขตปลอดอากรและคลังสินค้า: Cargo Network” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ ทั้งภายในท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ (ทสภ.) และภายนอก ทอท.
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการออกแบบแนวคิด (Concept) และรูปแบบกิจกรรม (Theme) ที่สร้างสรรค์, ออกแบบชื่องานและ Logo, จัดทำบัตรเชิญทั้งแบบกระดาษและ E-card, จัดหาสถานที่จัดงานในพัทยา (โรงแรม 4 ดาวขึ้นไป), จัดห้องพัก, จัดเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม, จัดการเสวนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ, จัดสัมมนาโดยวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและโลจิสติกส์, จัดซุ้มกิจกรรม VOC Corner เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้ใช้บริการ, จัดงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์, จัดกิจกรรม CSR, และอำนวยความสะดวกด้านยานพาหนะในการเดินทาง
กิจกรรมจะจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 3 วัน 2 คืน โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้บริหารและพนักงานจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก ทอท. จำนวนประมาณ 140 ท่าน
This project involves hiring a company to organize the “Cargo Network” collaboration project for the fiscal year 2025. The main objective is to promote cooperation and communication between various agencies involved in air cargo transportation, both within and outside Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
The scope of work includes designing a creative concept and theme for the event, designing the event name and logo, creating both paper and e-card invitations, securing a venue in Pattaya (4-star hotel or higher), arranging accommodations, providing food and beverages, organizing workshops, arranging seminars with expert speakers in technology and logistics, setting up a VOC Corner to gather feedback from users, hosting a social gathering, organizing CSR activities, and providing transportation services.
The event will be held for 3 days and 2 nights, targeting approximately 140 executives and employees from various agencies involved in air cargo transportation, both within and outside AOT.
