โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมอาคารเรียนของสํานักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจําจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้การปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมอาคารเรียนเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ได้มาตรฐาน และเอื้อต่อการใช้งานของผู้เรียนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง, มีความสามารถทางด้านการเงินตามเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด (มูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการ หรือวงเงินสินเชื่อ), และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคาอย่างครบถ้วน
