โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงอาคารและสิ่งก่อสร้างประกอบของแขวงทางหลวงชนบทนนทบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของหน่วยงานให้มีความทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงรั้ว: ดำเนินการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงรั้วรอบบริเวณพื้นที่ตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึงการรื้อถอนรั้วเดิมและการก่อสร้างรั้วใหม่ตามรูปแบบที่ 1 และ 2 โดยมีรายละเอียดของฐานรากและคานที่แตกต่างกัน
- งานก่อสร้างประตูทางเข้า-ออก: ก่อสร้างประตูทางเข้าจำนวน 1 แห่ง และประตูทางออก เพื่อควบคุมการเข้า-ออก และเพิ่มความปลอดภัย
- งานก่อสร้างถนนและลานคอนกรีตภายใน: ก่อสร้างถนนและลานคอนกรีตภายในพื้นที่โครงการ โดยมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 210 ตร.ม. ซึ่งรวมถึงการเสริมเหล็กและรอยต่อถนนคอนกรีตตามมาตรฐาน
- งานปรับปรุงอาคาร: ดำเนินการปรับปรุงอาคารเดิมของแขวงทางหลวงชนบทนนทบุรี ซึ่งรวมถึงการติดตั้งแผงบานเกล็ดอลูมิเนียม, ประตูห้องพร้อมอุปกรณ์, ปรับปรุงระบบสุขาภิบาล, และปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าและอินเทอร์เน็ต
- งานก่อสร้างเพิ่มเติม: ก่อสร้างทางเชื่อมที่มีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 16 ตร.ม., ก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดิน ความยาว 20 ม. และก่อสร้างรั้วรูปแบบที่ 2 ความยาว 20 ม.

This project focuses on the renovation of buildings and associated structures of the Nonthaburi Rural Highway Department. The main objectives are to modernize and enhance the infrastructure of the department. The scope of work includes:
- Construction and Renovation of Fences: Constructing and renovating fences around the area according to specified designs, including the demolition of old fences and the construction of new fences (Types 1 and 2) with varying foundation and beam details.
- Construction of Entrance and Exit Gates: Building one entrance gate and one exit gate to control access and improve security.
- Construction of Roads and Concrete Paving: Constructing roads and concrete paving within the project area, covering a total area of at least 210 sq.m., including reinforcement and concrete road joints according to standards.
- Building Renovation: Renovating the existing building of the Nonthaburi Rural Highway Department, including the installation of aluminum louvers, doors with complete hardware, sanitation system upgrades, and electrical and internet system upgrades.
- Additional Construction: Constructing a connecting path with an area of at least 16 sq.m., a 20-meter-long retaining wall, and a 20-meter-long fence (Type 2).
The project aims to provide the Nonthaburi Rural Highway Department with modernized, safe, and efficient buildings and structures to support its operations effectively.
