โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมาบริการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์ของกรมการขนส่งทางบก ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางเพื่อบูรณาการข้อมูล เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ออนไลน์ของกรมฯ ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีหน้าที่บํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสํารวจและจัดทําแผนผังการติดตั้ง, การจัดทํา Sticker บํารุงรักษา, การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประจํา ณ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, การจัดทําแบบรายงานการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซม, และการบํารุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์หลัก รวมถึงการดูแลรักษาสภาพแวดล้อม, การทําความสะอาดอุปกรณ์, การตรวจสอบสภาวะการทํางานของอุปกรณ์, การบํารุงรักษา Operating System และ Database เช่น File System Checking, Software Checking, Configuration and Log Checking, Database Space Checking และ Database Backup Checking
This project involves contracted services for the maintenance and repair of server and equipment systems of the Department of Land Transport, under the Central Database Development Project for Data Integration. The aim is to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the department’s online computer systems. Bidders are responsible for maintaining and repairing the server and equipment to keep them in good working order.
The scope of work includes surveying and creating installation diagrams, creating maintenance stickers, assigning expert personnel to the Information Technology Center, preparing maintenance and repair reports, and maintaining the main computer system. This includes maintaining the environment, cleaning equipment, checking equipment operating conditions, and maintaining the Operating System and Database such as File System Checking, Software Checking, Configuration and Log Checking, Database Space Checking, and Database Backup Checking.
