รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนและยกระดับชั้นทาง บนถนนสาย สร.4017 แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 2079 - บ้านขาม อ.จอมพระ จ.สุรินทร์ โดยมีรายละเอียดงานดังนี้:
- ปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิมในที่โดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling โดยผสมปูนซีเมนต์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3.5% โดยน้ำหนัก และบดอัดแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Modified Proctor Density ให้ได้ค่ารับแรงอัด (Unconfined Compressive Strength) ไม่น้อยกว่า 17.5 ksc
- ปรับปรุงผิวทางโดยวิธี Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling โดยใช้วัสดุแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตเดิม (RAP) ร่วมกับแอสฟัลต์ซีเมนต์ใหม่ หรือสารปรับปรุงคุณภาพแอสฟัลต์
- งานซ่อมสร้างตามรูปตัดขวางที่กำหนด ระยะทาง 3.350 กม.
- งานตีเส้นจราจรและติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจรบนผิวทาง
- การใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่กรมทางหลวงชนบทกำหนด เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและความแข็งแรงของถนนที่ก่อสร้างใหม่
This project aims to construct and upgrade the road surface on Highway Sor.4017, branching from Highway No. 2079 to Ban Kham, Chom Phra District, Surin Province. The project includes:
- In-place recycling of existing pavement layers by mixing with cement (minimum 3.5% by weight) and compacting to at least 95% Modified Proctor Density, achieving an Unconfined Compressive Strength of at least 17.5 ksc.
- Hot mix in-plant recycling of the road surface, utilizing reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) along with new asphalt cement or asphalt recycling agents.
- Road repair and construction according to specified cross-sectional designs, covering a distance of 3.350 km.
- Installation of traffic markings and signage on the road surface.
- Utilizing domestic materials for no less than 60% of the total value of construction materials and domestic steel for no less than 90% of the total steel used.
