โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงถนนทางหลวงชนบทหมายเลข กบ.1009 ซึ่งแยกจากทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 ไปยังบ้านทับไทร อำเภอคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยจะดำเนินการซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตด้วยวิธีการ Pavement In-Place Recycling และ Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling ครอบคลุมระยะทางรวม 3.044 กิโลเมตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- การปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิมในที่ (Pavement In-Place Recycling): ดำเนินการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างทางที่ไม่แข็งแรง โดยการขุดรื้อและแทนที่วัสดุ พร้อมบดอัดให้แน่นตามมาตรฐาน
- การปรับปรุงผิวทาง (Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling): ใช้วัสดุแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตเดิม (RAP) ผสมกับแอสฟัลต์ใหม่หรือสารปรับปรุงคุณภาพ เพื่อสร้างผิวทางใหม่ที่มีคุณภาพ
- งานตีเส้นจราจรและเครื่องหมายจราจรบนผิวทาง: ติดตั้งเส้นจราจร, ทางม้าลาย, และเครื่องหมายต่างๆ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร
เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและความแข็งแรงของถนน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ทางได้รับความสะดวกและปลอดภัยในการเดินทาง รวมถึงยืดอายุการใช้งานของถนนให้ยาวนานยิ่งขึ้น
This project aims to maintain and improve Rural Highway No. Krabi 1009, branching from Highway No. 4 to Ban Thap Sai, Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province. Asphalt concrete pavement repair and construction will be carried out using Pavement In-Place Recycling and Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling methods, covering a total distance of 3.044 kilometers.
The scope of work includes:
- In-situ pavement recycling (Pavement In-Place Recycling): Improving the unstable road structure by excavating and replacing materials, and compacting to meet standards.
- Pavement Improvement (Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling): Using reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) mixed with new asphalt or quality improvement agents to create a new, high-quality pavement surface.
- Road marking and traffic signage: Installing traffic lines, zebra crossings, and various signs to increase traffic safety.
The main goal of the project is to improve the quality and strength of the road, providing road users with convenient and safe travel, and extending the lifespan of the road.
