โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาระบบบริหารจัดการรหัสผ่านขององค์กร (Privilege Password Management) เพื่อป้องกันการโจมตีที่มุ่งเป้าหมายไปยังบัญชีผู้ดูแลระบบหรือผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบระดับสูง ลดความเสี่ยงจากการถูกโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ที่ใช้ช่องโหว่ด้านรหัสผ่านในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่สำคัญ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อระบบที่มีคุณสมบัติในการบริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ กำหนดสิทธิการเข้าถึง และตรวจสอบกิจกรรมของผู้ใช้งาน ระบบต้องรองรับผู้ใช้งานพร้อมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 20 ผู้ใช้งาน และไม่จำกัดจำนวนอุปกรณ์ นอกจากนี้ ระบบต้องสามารถบริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งานในรูปแบบ Local User หรือพิสูจน์ตัวตนกับระบบ LDAP, RADIUS และ SAML ได้
This project aims to procure a Privilege Password Management system to prevent attacks targeting administrator accounts or users with high-level system access, thereby reducing the risk of cyberattacks exploiting password vulnerabilities to access critical information. The scope of work includes acquiring a system with user account management, access control, and user activity monitoring capabilities. The system must support at least 20 concurrent users and an unlimited number of devices. Additionally, the system must be capable of managing users in Local User mode or authenticating with LDAP, RADIUS, and SAML systems.
