This document is part of the document checklist that bidders must submit in electronic bidding (e-bidding). It serves as a certification of the accuracy of the supporting documents submitted, including information about the bidder’s legal entity type (e.g., partnership, limited company) or, in the case of individuals or groups. It also includes cases where bidders jointly propose as a joint venture, which must show a copy of the joint venture agreement and related documents of each joint venture member.
Bidders must specify the type of document submitted (e.g., a copy of the certificate of incorporation, a copy of the identity card), along with the file name, file size, and number of pages of each document uploaded to the system.
At the end of the document, the bidder must sign to certify the accuracy of all documents and provide a bid security (if any), acknowledging that the agency is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the submitted documents.
