รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องรัดห้ามเลือดด้วยระบบไฟฟ้า จำนวน 2 เครื่อง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น เพื่อใช้ในการรัดแขนและขาเพื่อห้ามเลือดขณะทำการผ่าตัด โดยเครื่องดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปที่สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายได้ง่าย ควบคุมด้วยระบบ Micro Processor และมีหน้าจอสัมผัสขนาด 4.3 นิ้ว สามารถปรับความดันลมได้ตั้งแต่ 30-600 mmHg เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน มีหัวเสียบสายท่อก๊าซแยกสีชัดเจน และสามารถใช้ได้ทั้งสายรัดห้ามเลือดแบบ Reusable cuffs และ Disposable cuffs นอกจากนี้ เครื่องต้องมีระบบสำรองไฟที่สามารถใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องอย่างน้อย 4 ชั่วโมง และมีระบบ Automatic leakage handling และ Automatic pressure regulation เพื่อความปลอดภัย
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาเครื่องรัดห้ามเลือด Heidi mein Tourniquet (UT 1380-H) จำนวน 2 เครื่อง, สาย Connection hosed ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เมตร จำนวน 4 เส้น, แถบรัดห้ามเลือด จำนวน 12 ชิ้น และ Mobile Stand ที่ผลิตในประเทศ จำนวน 2 คัน
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามเงื่อนไขเฉพาะ เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 13485 หรือ CE Mark หรือ FDA เป็นเครื่องใหม่ที่ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน มีหนังสือรับรองประกอบการนำเข้าเครื่องมือแพทย์ และรับประกันคุณภาพ 2 ปี โดยมีการบำรุงรักษาปีละ 2 ครั้ง และมีอะไหล่สำรองไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
This project aims to procure 2 electric tourniquet machines for Khon Kaen Hospital. The machines will be used for limb occlusion during surgery. The tourniquets must be easily portable, microprocessor-controlled, and feature a 4.3-inch touchscreen. Adjustable pressure (30-600 mmHg), color-coded gas connectors, and compatibility with both reusable and disposable cuffs are required. The machines must have a 4-hour battery backup, automatic leakage handling, and automatic pressure regulation.
The scope of work includes providing 2 Heidi mein Tourniquet (UT 1380-H) units, 4 Connection hoses (minimum 3 meters long), 12 tourniquet straps, and 2 locally made mobile stands.
Bidders must meet specific criteria: product certification (ISO 13485, CE Mark, or FDA), new and unused equipment, medical device import license, 2-year warranty with biannual maintenance, and spare parts availability for at least 5 years.
