การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างงานก่อสร้างวางท่อประปาและงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อขยายเขตพื้นที่จำหน่ายน้ำประปาในพื้นที่สำนักงานประปาสาขาสุขสวัสดิ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้สามารถบริการน้ำประปาทั่วถึง เพียงพอ และมีคุณภาพ
โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 802,500 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างสาขาระบบประปาประเภทงานก่อสร้างวางท่อประปาที่มีขนาดระบุไม่เกิน 1,800 มิลลิเมตร หรือขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างประเภทงานวางท่อจ่ายน้ำกับท่อบริการของ กปน. นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้าง ในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 80,000 บาท โดยเป็นผลงานที่แล้วเสร็จในสัญญาเดียว
การประปานครหลวงจะจ่ายเงินค่างานเป็นงวดเดียวเมื่อการประปานครหลวงได้ทำการตรวจสอบผลงานที่ทำเสร็จแล้ว และปรากฏว่าเป็นที่พอใจตรงตามข้อกำหนดแห่งสัญญานี้ทุกประการ โดยมีระยะเวลาการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 59 วันนับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งจากผู้จัดการสำนักงานประปาสาขาให้เริ่มทำงาน
The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to hire a contractor for the construction of water pipes and related works to expand the water supply service area in the Sukasawat Branch office area, with the objective of providing comprehensive, sufficient, and quality water supply services.
The project has a budget of 802,500 baht (including VAT). Bidders must meet the legal requirements, not have any conflicts of interest, and be a registered contractor in the plumbing system construction field, specifically for water pipe construction work with a specified size not exceeding 1,800 millimeters, or be registered for water distribution pipe and service pipe work with the MWA. In addition, bidders must have construction work experience of the same type as the construction work being bid for, in the amount of not less than 80,000 baht, which must be completed in a single contract.
The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority will pay the contract amount in a single installment once the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority has inspected the completed work and it is found to be satisfactory and in accordance with all the requirements of this contract. The construction period must be completed within 59 days from the date of receiving the notice from the branch office manager to start work.
