องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยองมีความประสงค์ที่จะจัดซื้อเก้าอี้อัฒจันทร์พร้อมติดตั้งภายในสนามกีฬากลางจังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 3,595 ตัว เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเก้าอี้อัฒจันทร์ไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้เข้าชมการแข่งขันกีฬา และเพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ของสนามฟุตบอล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการประชาชน, การบริหารจัดการสนามฟุตบอล, และสร้างมาตรฐานสนามกีฬากลางจังหวัดระยองให้สามารถรองรับการเป็นเจ้าภาพกีฬาทั้งในระดับภูมิภาค ระดับนานาชาติ และระดับชาติ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาและติดตั้งเก้าอี้อัฒจันทร์ชนิดไฟเบอร์กลาส (Fibre Glass) ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ทนทานต่อ UV, ขนาดที่เหมาะสม, และมีรูระบายน้ำ เก้าอี้ต้องผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานความแข็งแรง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งเอกสารวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิต และมีมาตรฐาน ISO ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตไฟเบอร์กลาส การติดตั้งต้องทำโดยวิศวกรโยธา และมีการรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า
ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวหลังตรวจรับพัสดุเรียบร้อย มีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบล่าช้า และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี
Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization intends to purchase and install 3,595 grandstand seats at the Rayong Provincial Stadium to accommodate the public, manage sports competitions, and improve the landscape of the stadium. The seats must be made of Fibre Glass, UV resistant, of specified dimensions, and meet specified standards. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have experience in manufacturing fiberglass furniture.
The scope of work includes the supply and installation of fiberglass grandstand seats with specified properties such as UV resistance, appropriate size, and drainage holes. The seats must pass strength tests. Bidders must submit documents of raw materials used in production and have ISO standards related to fiberglass production. Installation must be done by a civil engineer, and product quality must be guaranteed.
The seller must deliver the items within 120 days after signing the contract, and payment will be made in a single installment after the items have been inspected. There are penalties for late delivery and a 2-year warranty for defects.
