โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อท่อเหล็กและอุปกรณ์ประกอบท่อ พร้อมประกอบติดตั้ง จำนวน 25 รายการ สำหรับงานขยายระบบส่งน้ำสถานีสูบน้ำด้วยไฟฟ้าบ้านนาถ่อน หมู่ 12 ตำบลนาถ่อน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม ผู้ขายมีหน้าที่จัดหาท่อเหล็กกล้าสำหรับส่งน้ำ พร้อมวางเรียง เชื่อมต่อ ทดสอบ และจัดหาวัสดุอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามรายการที่กำหนดใน TOR โดยอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามรายละเอียดที่กำหนด หากท่อ อุปกรณ์ หรือส่วนประกอบอื่นๆ มี มอก. กำหนด ผู้ขายต้องเลือกใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้แสดงเครื่องหมาย มอก. หากมีผู้ได้รับอนุญาตไม่ถึงสามราย สามารถใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยได้ ผู้ขายต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ ให้ครบชุด เช่น ข้อต่อหน้าจานต้องมีปะเก็น สลักเกลียว และแป้นเกลียว ผู้ขายต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามแบบงานก่อสร้างให้ถูกต้องและสามารถใช้งานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
This project involves the procurement and installation of 25 items of steel pipes and fittings for the expansion of the water transmission system at the Ban Nathorn electric pumping station. The supplier is required to provide steel pipes for water transmission, including laying, connecting, testing, and providing all other related materials as specified. All equipment must be new, unused, and meet the specified standards. If the pipes, fittings, or other components have TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute) standards, the supplier must use products that are authorized to display the TISI mark. If there are fewer than three authorized manufacturers, products manufactured in Thailand can be used. The supplier must provide complete sets of accessories, such as flanged joints with gaskets, bolts, and nuts. The supplier must install the equipment according to the construction drawings correctly and ensure that it can be used for the project’s intended purpose.
