รายละเอียดการจ้าง
TOR นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการซ่อมเรือศรีนครินทร์ (1804) ซึ่งเป็นเรือในสังกัดกลุ่มงานเรือตรวจการณ์ขนาด 110-180 ฟุต ของกองบังคับการตำรวจน้ำ ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตัวเรือเป็นเหล็ก ส่วนพื้นดาดฟ้าและเก๋งเป็นอลูมิเนียม โดยมีรายละเอียดงานซ่อมดังนี้:
- ปูกระเบื้องยางในห้องต่างๆ เช่น ห้องจ่าดาบ, ทางเดิน, และหน้าห้องควบคุมสั่งจักร (MCR)
- เปลี่ยนผ้าใบคลุมเรือโบ๊ท, ลวดสลิง, และซ่อมแซมหูยึดเรือโบ๊ท
- เปลี่ยนชักโครกพร้อมอุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำต่างๆ
- ทำความสะอาดและทาสีตัวเรือด้านกราบขวาเหนือแนวน้ำ, ราวกันตก, และพื้นดาดฟ้า
- เปลี่ยนตะแกรงท่อทางน้ำทะเลของเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและไฟเมนสูบน้ำทะเล
- เปลี่ยนผ้าใบคลุมปืนกลและท้ายเรือ
- ซ่อมปั๊มน้ำท้องเรือ
- ตรวจเช็คและซ่อม/เปลี่ยนวาล์วไฟเมนดับเพลิง
- เปลี่ยนถังดับเพลิงคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ (CO2)
- เปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่
หลังการซ่อม ต้องมีการทดลองเรือและอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ผู้รับจ้างต้องนำอะไหล่เก่าคืนพร้อมเอกสาร และรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายที่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของตนเอง หากพบอุปกรณ์ชำรุดนอกเหนือจากรายการซ่อม ผู้รับจ้างต้องแจ้งให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับทราบภายใน 7 วัน กองบังคับการตำรวจน้ำสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่อนุญาตให้ขยายเวลาซ่อม การแจ้งความคืบหน้าในขั้นตอนสำคัญเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น ระยะเวลาในการซ่อมคือ 120 วัน
This TOR is for the repair project of the Sri Nakharin (1804) patrol boat, belonging to the Marine Police Division, located in Samut Prakan Province. The project includes:
- Installing rubber tiles in various rooms.
- Replacing boat covers, wire ropes, and repairing boat sling ears.
- Replacing toilet bowls and accessories in the restrooms.
- Cleaning and painting the ship’s hull (starboard side), railings, and deck.
- Replacing seawater inlet grates for generators and the main seawater pump.
- Replacing gun and stern covers.
- Repairing the bilge pump.
- Checking and repairing/replacing the fire main valves.
- Replacing CO2 fire extinguishers.
- Replacing batteries.
The contractor must conduct trials after the repair to ensure the boat and equipment are in good condition. Old parts must be returned with proper documentation. The contractor is responsible for damages caused by their negligence. Any additional damage found during the repair must be reported within 7 days. The Marine Police Division reserves the right to deny extensions. Progress updates are required at critical stages. The repair period is 120 days.
