องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดอนเมือง มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง ประเภทรถยนต์ส่วนกลาง เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติราชการของหน่วยงาน และใช้ในการจัดบริการสาธารณะให้แก่ผู้มารับบริการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดความเหมาะสม และเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน ทำให้การปฏิบัติงานและการให้บริการสาธารณะมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
รายละเอียดรถยนต์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อคือ รถยนต์บรรทุกดีเซล ขนาด 1 ตัน ห้องโดยสารเป็นแบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ 4 ประตู ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ํากว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ํากว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ แบบขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ จำนวน 1 คัน ราคารวมเครื่องปรับอากาศและภาษีสรรพสามิต โดยต้องเป็นพัสดุที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่กรมควบคุมมลพิษกำหนด และเป็นพัสดุที่ผลิตหรือประกอบภายในประเทศ (MIT)
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในประกาศ โดยจะมีการคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด
