รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารอเนกประสงค์ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ ๑๒ ตำบลหน้าพระลาน (บริเวณศาลาอเนกประสงค์) ตามแบบที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหน้าพระลานกำหนด โดยมีขนาดกว้าง 12.00 เมตร และยาว 20.00 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยไม่น้อยกว่า 240.00 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลา 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง หรือวันที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหน้าพระลานมีหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน การจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 1 งวด โดยจะจ่ายเมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จตามสัญญา และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ก่อสร้างให้เรียบร้อย ทั้งนี้ การปรับราคางานก่อสร้าง (ค่า K) จะเป็นไปตามสูตรที่กำหนด
This project involves the construction of a multipurpose building in Moo 12, Tambon Na Phra Lan (at the multipurpose pavilion area). The building will have dimensions of 12 meters wide and 20 meters long, or a minimum area of 240 square meters, according to the design specified by the Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The contractor must complete the work within 60 days from the date of signing the contract or the date the Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization issues a notice to commence work. Payment will be made in one installment upon completion of all work according to the contract and after the construction site has been cleaned. The price adjustment for construction work (K factor) will be based on the specified formula.
