โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยูนิตทำฟันจำนวน 12 ชุด ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการผู้ป่วย ลดระยะเวลารอคอย และเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการทางทันตกรรมที่มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย รองรับจำนวนผู้ป่วยที่เพิ่มขึ้น สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ และทดแทนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุด
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหายูนิตทำฟันระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค ซึ่งรวมถึงหน่วยทันตกรรมหลัก (เก้าอี้คนไข้, ระบบเครื่องกรอฟัน, ระบบควบคุม, ระบบดูดน้ำลาย, ที่วางถาดเครื่องมือ, ระบบน้ำบ้วนปาก, ระบบน้ำดีน้ำทิ้ง, ระบบให้แสงสว่าง) จุดต่อน้ำสำหรับเครื่องขูดหินปูน และระบบไฟฟ้าที่ได้มาตรฐาน
ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบสิ่งของภายใน 180 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี โดยต้องดำเนินการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขภายใน 5 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้ง
This project aims to procure 12 dental units for the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, to enhance patient service efficiency, reduce waiting times, improve access to quality dental care, advance treatment quality with modern technology, accommodate increasing patient numbers, support dental student education, and replace outdated equipment.
The scope of work includes supplying electronic dental units meeting specific technical requirements, including a master dental unit (patient chair, drilling system, control system, saliva suction, instrument tray, rinsing system, water supply, and lighting), water coupling for scaling machines, and a standard electrical system.
The supplier must deliver the equipment within 180 days of contract signing and guarantee against defects for at least 3 years, with repairs completed within 5 days of notification.
