โครงการจ้างเหมาเอกชนเก็บขนและกำจัดขยะมูลฝอย ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่แก้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้บริการสาธารณะด้านการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทั่วถึงในพื้นที่ 71.33 ตารางกิโลเมตร โครงการนี้มุ่งหวังที่จะลดภาระการลงทุนและภาระงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล รวมถึงลดปัญหาการจ้างแรงงานและรายจ่ายด้านสวัสดิการบุคลากร นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นให้เกิดความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนแก้ไขปัญหาขยะตกค้างและการร้องเรียนต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเก็บขนขยะมูลฝอย
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดเก็บและขนถ่ายขยะมูลฝอยในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่แก้วเป็นประจำทุกวัน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องนำขยะมูลฝอยที่จัดเก็บได้ไปดำเนินการกำจัดยังสถานที่ที่ได้รับอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัติการสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ โดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวเป็นการรักษาความต่อเนื่องของการบริการเก็บขนขยะ ป้องกันปัญหาขยะตกค้าง และลดความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่
The project for hiring a private company to collect and dispose of solid waste for the fiscal year 2025 of the Nong Phai Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization aims to provide efficient and comprehensive public services for solid waste management in the area of 71.33 square kilometers. The project aims to reduce the investment burden and workload of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, as well as reduce labor hiring issues and personnel welfare expenses. It also focuses on promoting cleanliness and orderliness in the area, as well as resolving waste accumulation problems and complaints related to solid waste collection.
The scope of work covers the collection and transportation of solid waste in the Nong Phai Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization area on a daily basis. The contractor must transport the collected solid waste to an authorized disposal site in accordance with the Public Health Act B.E. 2535 without causing environmental pollution. This operation maintains the continuity of waste collection services, prevents waste accumulation problems, and reduces the suffering of the people in the area.
