โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนี มีเวชภัณฑ์ยา Quetiapine fumarate ขนาด 25 มิลลิกรัม จำนวน 7,000 กล่อง (กล่องละ 30 เม็ด) สำรองไว้เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการแก่ผู้ป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเพื่อให้ได้ยาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานทางวิชาการ เพื่อประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการรักษาผู้ป่วย
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดซื้อยาที่มีคุณสมบัติทั่วไป เช่น รูปแบบยาเม็ดเคลือบฟิล์ม, ส่วนประกอบที่ถูกต้องตามที่ระบุ, ภาชนะบรรจุที่ป้องกันความชื้นและแสงได้, และฉลากที่ระบุข้อมูลสำคัญครบถ้วน คุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่ได้จดทะเบียนกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.)
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องส่งมอบยาภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยมีการทำสัญญาจะซื้อจะขาย และส่งมอบเป็นงวดๆ ตามความต้องการของสถาบันฯ กำหนดให้ส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 7 วันนับถัดจากวันที่รับใบสั่งซื้อ สถาบันฯ จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก
The project aims to procure 7,000 boxes (30 tablets per box) of Quetiapine fumarate 25 mg tablets for the National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation. The objective is to ensure sufficient medication for patient care and to acquire high-quality medicine meeting academic standards for effective treatment. The scope includes procuring film-coated tablets with accurate composition, moisture-proof packaging, and complete labeling. Technical specifications must comply with standards registered with the Thai FDA. Delivery is required by September 30, 2025, under a purchase agreement with installment deliveries based on the institute’s needs, within 7 days of receiving a purchase order. The selection will be based on price.
