รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง เพื่อใช้ในการประมวลผล จัดเก็บ และสำรองข้อมูลภูมิสารสนเทศและภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเพื่อการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ภัยพิบัติ (Disaster DSS) ของประเทศ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) แบบติดตั้งบน Rack จำนวน 2 ชุด พร้อมติดตั้ง ซึ่งต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด เช่น CPU 32 Core, RAM 128 GB, หน่วยจัดเก็บข้อมูล SSD ความเร็วสูง และ Network Interface 10 Gb SFP+ และ 25 Gigabit Ethernet นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์โน้ตบุ๊ก จำนวน 2 ชุด สำหรับประมวลผลข้อมูลภูมิสารสนเทศ ซึ่งต้องมีคุณสมบัติ CPU ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 Core, RAM 32 GB, หน่วยจัดเก็บข้อมูล NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD ขนาด 1TB และจอภาพความละเอียด 1920x1200 pixel
ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดภายใน 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 2 งวด โดยงวดแรกจ่ายเมื่อส่งมอบคอมพิวเตอร์โน้ตบุ๊ก และงวดที่สองจ่ายเมื่อส่งมอบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและงานที่เหลือทั้งหมด ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของอุปกรณ์เป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี แบบ Onsite Service และต้องบำรุงรักษาแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ให้อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้ดีอยู่เสมอ
This project aims to procure a high-performance computer system for processing, storing, and backing up geospatial data and satellite imagery to support decision-making in disaster management (Disaster DSS). It includes the procurement of two rack-mounted servers with specified technical requirements such as 32-core CPU, 128 GB RAM, high-speed SSD storage, and 10 Gb SFP+ and 25 Gigabit Ethernet network interfaces. Additionally, two notebooks are required for geospatial data processing, featuring at least a 12-core CPU, 32 GB RAM, 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage, and a 1920x1200 pixel display. The equipment must be delivered within 180 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be divided into two installments, with the first installment paid upon delivery of the notebooks and the second upon delivery of the servers and completion of all remaining tasks. A 3-year Onsite Service warranty is required, and the seller must maintain the computers in good working condition throughout the warranty period.
