โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อบํารุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) ให้สามารถทํางานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุมถึงการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และการให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ผู้ใช้งาน โดยขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการดูแลเครื่องแม่ข่าย (Server), อุปกรณ์หน่วยความจําสํารองสําหรับระบบฐานข้อมูล, เครื่องลูกข่าย (Client), อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย, และระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งหมด การดําเนินงานนี้จะช่วยให้ระบบสารสนเทศของ พพ. มีเสถียรภาพและสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้อย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการบริหารจัดการดูแลระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Logger Server System) ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ ที่เกิดขึ้นของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน
The project aims to maintain the computer systems and network equipment of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) to ensure efficient and continuous operation. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for servers, clients, peripherals, network equipment, computer network systems, and backup storage devices for database systems. This will ensure the smooth operation of DEDE’s information systems. It also includes managing and maintaining the information network system of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, the computer network traffic data storage system (Logger Server System) to be used efficiently and continuously, including checking and troubleshooting information network system problems that occur within the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
