รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาท่ายาง มีความประสงค์ในการจ้างเหมาบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมิเตอร์ (งานงดจ่ายไฟ) สำหรับมิเตอร์แรงต่ำ ทั้งชนิด 1 เฟส และ 3 เฟส ในปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ เพื่อจัดหาผู้รับจ้างมาดำเนินการในพื้นที่ที่กำหนดไว้ โดยมีขอบเขตหน้าที่ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีปฏิบัติตามที่การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคกำหนดไว้ก่อนการงดจ่ายไฟ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การงดจ่ายไฟโดยวิธีปลดสายเทอร์มินอล หรือตัดมิเตอร์ (ถอดมิเตอร์) และการต่อกลับมิเตอร์เมื่อได้รับการสั่งงาน การปฏิบัติงานครอบคลุมพื้นที่หลายโซนในอำเภอท่ายาง, อำเภอแก่งกระจาน และอำเภอบ้านลาด โดยแบ่งเป็นโซนย่อยๆ ที่มีสายการจดหน่วยเฉพาะ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น Smart phone ที่รองรับระบบ DMSx, เครื่องพิมพ์พกพา, เครื่องมือที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล (PPE) รวมถึงการแต่งกายตามรูปแบบที่การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคกำหนด และต้องมีบัตรแสดงตัวที่ออกโดยการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการถ่ายรูปและบันทึกข้อมูลการใช้ไฟฟ้าในระบบ DMSx ให้ชัดเจนทุกครั้งหลังปฏิบัติงานเสร็จสิ้น และต้องปฏิบัติตามคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานที่การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคกำหนดไว้อย่างเคร่งครัด
The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Thayang Branch intends to hire external personnel to perform meter-related work (power outage work) for low-voltage meters, both 1-phase and 3-phase, for the 2025 fiscal year. The main objective is to find a contractor to operate in the specified areas, with duties according to the rules and procedures set by the PEA before power outage.
The scope of work includes disconnecting power by removing the terminal wire or cutting the meter (removing the meter), and reconnecting the meter when instructed. Operations cover several zones in Thayang District, Kaeng Krachan District, and Ban Lat District, divided into sub-zones with specific unit registration lines.
The contractor must provide necessary equipment such as a smartphone that supports the DMSx system, a portable printer, standard TIS tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). They must also dress according to PEA’s regulations and have an ID card issued by PEA.
In addition, the contractor must photograph and record electricity usage data in the DMSx system clearly after each completed operation, and strictly adhere to the operating manual specified by the PEA.
