Additionally, it details the construction specifications for a 60-bed patient building at a medical rehabilitation center, covering tasks such as surveying and leveling, foundations, concrete, flooring, walls, tiling, roofing, doors and windows, glazing, bathrooms, ceilings, moldings, electrical, plumbing, painting, and fixtures. Contractors must construct according to the specified plans, specifications, and contracts, using high-quality materials. Any discrepancies in the plans must be reported to the construction supervision committee for resolution.
