รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องดมยาสลบชนิดซับซ้อน พร้อมเครื่องช่วยหายใจ จำนวน 2 เครื่อง ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลรัตนประชารักษ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อใช้ในการให้ยาดมสลบแก่ผู้ป่วยตั้งแต่เด็กแรกเกิดจนถึงผู้ใหญ่ที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดทั่วไป เครื่องดมยาสลบดังกล่าวต้องรองรับเทคนิคการดมยาสลบใหม่ๆ เช่น Low Flow Anesthesia และมีเครื่องช่วยหายใจที่สามารถควบคุมปริมาณก๊าซที่เข้าสู่ผู้ป่วยได้ทั้งแบบควบคุมปริมาตร (Volume Control) และแบบควบคุมความดัน (Pressure Control) นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องสามารถกำหนดการช่วยหายใจในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยสามารถหายใจเองได้ (SIMV, Pressure support) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในผู้ป่วยที่มีพยาธิสภาพทางปอดต่างๆ เช่น ARDS หรือในเด็กแรกเกิด เครื่องจะต้องมีภาคติดตามการทำงานและแสดงผลค่าการหายใจต่างๆ จากจอภาพอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้แพทย์และบุคลากรทางการแพทย์สามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย
The project aims to procure two sophisticated anesthesia machines with ventilators for Rattana Pracharuk Hospital. These machines will be used to administer anesthesia to patients of all ages, from newborns to adults undergoing general surgery. The machines must support modern anesthesia techniques such as Low Flow Anesthesia and feature ventilators capable of both Volume Control and Pressure Control. They should also allow for synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV) and pressure support for patients with lung conditions like ARDS or newborns. The machines must provide comprehensive monitoring and display of respiratory parameters on a screen for effective and safe patient care.
