โครงการสร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการระหว่างเมือง MICE City Summit มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับความร่วมมือระหว่าง สสปน. และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ และสร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจ โดยกิจกรรมจะจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 3 วัน 2 คืน ในเมืองไมซ์ซิตี้หรือเมืองที่มีศักยภาพในภาคใต้ที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจาก สสปน. ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางและที่พักของผู้แทนจากเมืองต่างๆ (27 ท่าน) จัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม 120 ท่าน โดยมีหัวข้อเสวนาและวิทยากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง จัดเตรียมอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ รวมถึงการแสดงพิธีเปิด พิธีกร ของที่ระลึก และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องนำเสนอเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวชุมชน จัดงานเลี้ยงต้อนรับ (Welcome Reception) และเลี้ยงอำลา (Farewell Dinner) จัดทำข้อมูลและออกแบบ Briefing Book และจัดทำวิดีโอสรุปภาพรวมงาน

The project aims to create an exchange platform through practical activities between MICE City Summit, fostering collaboration between TCEB and relevant agencies, promoting knowledge sharing and experience exchange in the MICE industry, and building business networks. The activity will be held for 3 days and 2 nights in a MICE city or a potential city in the South approved by TCEB. The contractor must take care of travel and accommodation expenses for representatives from various cities (27 people), manage workshops for 120 participants, with related discussion topics and speakers, and prepare food, drinks, venues, equipment and facilities. Including the opening ceremony, emcee, souvenirs and satisfaction survey. In addition, the contractor must present community tourism routes, organize a Welcome Reception and Farewell Dinner, prepare information and design a Briefing Book, and create a video summarizing the event.
