โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องแบบสนามแบบกระเป๋าเจาะพร้อมเครื่องหมายสำหรับใช้ในราชการทหารบก โดยเครื่องแบบดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยเสื้อสนามคอเปิดแขนยาวและกางเกงสนามขายาวสีพราง ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทางเทคนิคที่สำคัญคือ ผ้าที่ใช้ในการตัดเย็บต้องเป็นผ้าทอเส้นใยผสมที่มีส่วนประกอบของเส้นใยฝ้ายและพอลิเอสเทอร์ พิมพ์ด้วยลวดลายดิจิตอลแบบกองทัพบก 4 สี มีความทนทานต่อแรงฉีกขาดและการเปลี่ยนแปลงขนาด และมีความคงทนต่อการซักฟอก
ลักษณะการออกแบบของเสื้อสนามประกอบด้วย ปกเสื้อแบะมุมปกแหลม ตัวเสื้อด้านหน้าผ่าตลอดมีดุมซ่อน ที่บ่ามีอินทรธนู แขนเสื้อยาวมีผ้ารองแขนและแผ่นรัดข้อมือ มีกระเป๋าปะแบบขยายได้ที่แขนเสื้อด้านขวา และที่เหน็บดินสอหรือปากกาที่แขนเสื้อด้านซ้าย ส่วนกางเกงสนามเป็นกางเกงขายาว มีกระเป๋าด้านหน้า ด้านหลัง และด้านข้างตามแนวตะเข็บกางเกง มีแผ่นปรับรัด-ขยายเอว และห่วงร้อยเข็มขัด
การส่งมอบจะต้องบรรจุเครื่องแบบในถุงพลาสติก ถุงละ 1 ชุด และบรรจุลงกล่องกระดาษตามมาตรฐานท้องตลาด โดยเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และสามารถใช้งานได้ การตรวจสอบจะดำเนินการตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนด ขนาดโดยการวัด และความประณีตเรียบร้อยโดยการตรวจพินิจและทดลองใช้
The objective of this project is to procure field uniforms with patch pockets and insignia for the Royal Thai Army. The uniforms consist of long-sleeved, open-necked field shirts and long field pants in camouflage. Key technical specifications include a blended fabric of cotton and polyester fibers, printed with a four-color Royal Thai Army digital pattern, resistance to tearing and dimensional changes, and colorfastness during washing.
The shirt design includes a notched lapel collar, a full front opening with hidden buttons, shoulder epaulets, long sleeves with sleeve linings and adjustable cuffs, expandable patch pockets on the right sleeve, and a pen pocket on the left sleeve. The pants are long with front, back, and side seam pockets, adjustable waist tabs, and belt loops.
Delivery requires each uniform to be placed in a plastic bag, then packaged in a standard cardboard box, ensuring the items are new, unused, and functional. Inspection will be based on the specified characteristics, measurements, and careful examination of the workmanship.
