โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อไส้ตัวเย็บเนื้อเยื่อแบบโค้ง จำนวน 120 ชิ้น เพื่อใช้ในการผ่าตัดเย็บเนื้อเยื่อของอวัยวะต่างๆ ในแนวโค้ง ไส้ตัวเย็บต้องมีลักษณะโค้ง มีร่องบรรจุตัวเย็บไม่น้อยกว่า 46 ร่อง เรียงสับหว่างกัน 4 แถว มีความยาวแนวเย็บไม่น้อยกว่า 40 มม. ตัวเย็บเมื่อเย็บแล้วจะมีรูปร่างคล้ายตัว “B” ภายในตลับบรรจุจะมีใบมีดที่สามารถตัดและเย็บเนื้อเยื่อไปพร้อมกันในการบีบไกยิงครั้งเดียว
นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องนำส่งด้ามยิงสำหรับบรรจุตลับตัวเย็บและตัดต่อลำไส้แบบโค้ง จำนวน 10 ชิ้น ไส้ตัวเย็บต้องผ่านการทำให้ปราศจากเชื้อ ได้รับอนุญาตการนำเข้าเครื่องมือแพทย์จากคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ทันที และสามารถเก็บในอุณหภูมิห้องได้ สินค้าต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบ
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากผู้ที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุด และผู้ขายต้องแสดงหลักฐานการผลิตและการนำเข้าที่ถูกต้องตามระเบียบของทางราชการ และสามารถใช้กับอุปกรณ์ที่มีในราชการได้
This project aims to procure 120 units of curved tissue stapler cartridges for use in surgical procedures involving tissue suturing of various organs in a curved manner. The cartridges must be curved, contain at least 46 staple slots arranged in 4 staggered rows, and have a suture line length of at least 40 mm. The staples, when sutured, should resemble the letter “B.” The cartridge must contain a blade that allows simultaneous cutting and suturing of tissue with a single trigger pull.
In addition, the seller must provide 10 curved stapler handles for the curved tissue stapler cartridges. The stapler cartridges must be sterilized, approved for medical device import by the Food and Drug Administration, immediately usable, and storable at room temperature. The product must have a shelf life of at least 3 years from the date of delivery.
The selection of the winning bid will be based on the lowest price offered. The seller must provide evidence of legal manufacturing and import in accordance with government regulations and be compatible with existing equipment.
