โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์ รายการน้ำยาที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วยน้ำยาสำหรับตรวจวิเคราะห์ต่างๆ เช่น น้ำยาตรวจการทำงานของต่อมไทรอยด์, น้ำยาตรวจหาเชื้อ HIV, น้ำยาตรวจหาเชื้อ Treponema pallidum เป็นต้น ผู้ที่ต้องการเข้าร่วมการเสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถในการจัดหาน้ำยาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดส่งน้ำยาให้กับโรงพยาบาล และมีบุคลากรที่สามารถให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานน้ำยาได้
ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องส่งมอบน้ำยาตามจำนวนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพของน้ำยาที่จัดส่ง หากน้ำยามีปัญหาหรือไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนน้ำยาให้ใหม่โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
This project aims to procure medical laboratory reagents for Surin Hospital. The required reagents include those for thyroid function tests, HIV detection, and Treponema pallidum detection, among others. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, such as the ability to supply quality reagents according to specified standards, experience in supplying reagents to hospitals, and qualified personnel for providing guidance and troubleshooting.
The selected supplier must deliver the reagents according to the specified quantity and timeframe and be responsible for the quality of the supplied reagents. If the reagents have problems or do not meet the requirements, the supplier must correct or replace them at no additional cost.
