โครงการประกวดราคาเช่าเครื่องตรวจการเจริญของเชื้อในเลือดอัตโนมัติพร้อมขวดอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ จำนวน 2 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้บริการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลบุรีรัมย์ โดยงานจุลชีววิทยาคลินิก กลุ่มงานเทคนิคการแพทย์และพยาธิวิทยาคลินิก จะเป็นผู้ใช้งานเครื่องมือดังกล่าว ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหา, ติดตั้ง, บำรุงรักษา, และจัดหาวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องตรวจฯ ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญาเช่า 1 ปี (365 วัน) โดยผู้ให้บริการต้องจัดส่งเครื่องภายใน 45 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนตามปริมาณการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์ (per report) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นหลัก

The e-bidding project for the rental of 2 automatic blood culture detection machines with culture bottles aims to provide treatment services for patients at Buriram Hospital. The Clinical Microbiology Unit, Department of Medical Technology and Clinical Pathology, will be the user of the equipment. The scope of work includes procurement, installation, maintenance, and supply of consumables related to the equipment throughout the 1-year (365-day) contract period. The supplier must deliver the machines within 45 days after signing the contract. Payment will be made monthly based on the volume of completed tests (per report). Bidders must be fully qualified under the law and have a positive net worth. The selection will be based primarily on price.
