รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องช่วยฟังระบบดิจิตอล จำนวน 3 รายการ รวม 300 เครื่อง เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาทางการได้ยินของสถาบันบำราศนราดูร โดยแบ่งเป็น:
- เครื่องช่วยฟังระบบดิจิตอลแบบทัดหลังใบหู สำหรับผู้ที่มีการสูญเสียการได้ยินระดับปานกลางถึงมาก จำนวน 100 เครื่อง คุณสมบัติหลักคือ กำลังขยายสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 65 dB, ช่วงความถี่ในการตอบสนอง 100-7600 Hz หรือกว้างกว่า, และมีระบบลดเสียงรบกวน
- เครื่องช่วยฟังระบบดิจิตอลแบบทัดหลังใบหู สำหรับผู้ที่มีการสูญเสียการได้ยินระดับมากถึงรุนแรง จำนวน 100 เครื่อง คุณสมบัติหลักคือ ช่วงความถี่ในการตอบสนอง 100-5000 Hz, ความดังสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 140 dB, และมีระบบไมโครโฟนแบบ Omnidirectional และ Directional
- เครื่องช่วยฟังระบบดิจิตอลแบบในช่องหู สำหรับผู้ที่มีการสูญเสียการได้ยินระดับปานกลางถึงมาก จำนวน 100 เครื่อง คุณสมบัติหลักคือ ช่วงความถี่ในการตอบสนอง 100-6100 Hz, ความดังสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 124 dB, และมีระบบไมโครโฟนแบบ Omnidirectional และ Directional
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับสิทธิ์ และมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดจำหน่ายเครื่องช่วยฟัง ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 200 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
This project aims to procure 300 digital hearing aids across three categories to assist patients with hearing impairments at Bamrasnaradura Institute. The categories include:
- 100 Behind-the-ear (BTE) digital hearing aids for moderate to severe hearing loss, featuring a maximum gain of at least 65 dB and a frequency response range of 100-7600 Hz or wider, with noise reduction capabilities.
- 100 BTE digital hearing aids for severe to profound hearing loss, featuring a frequency response range of 100-5000 Hz and a maximum output of at least 140 dB, equipped with Omnidirectional and Directional microphones.
- 100 In-the-canal (ITC) digital hearing aids for moderate to severe hearing loss, featuring a frequency response range of 100-6100 Hz and a maximum output of at least 124 dB, equipped with Omnidirectional and Directional microphones.
Bidders must meet legal qualifications, not be suspended, and have experience in distributing hearing aids. The winning bidder must deliver the goods within 200 days of contract signing and provide a 1-year warranty against defects.
