การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟท.) มีความประสงค์จะว่าจ้างเอกชนเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยอาคารสำนักงานและบริเวณหน่วย 10 เชียงใหม่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดเหตุอาชญากรรม ดูแลรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และเพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานและผู้มาเยือน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยจำนวน 4 คน ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ผลัดละ 12 ชั่วโมง โดยมีหน้าที่หลักในการดูแลรักษาทรัพย์สิน ป้องกันอัคคีภัย ตรวจสอบบุคคลและยานพาหนะ อำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจร ระงับเหตุร้าย และรายงานสถานการณ์ประจำวัน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น เครื่องแบบ วิทยุสื่อสาร กระบอง นกหวีด ไฟฉาย และระบบ Guard Tour

การส่งมอบงานจะแบ่งเป็นงวด งวดละ 1 เดือน รวม 24 งวด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดและเสนอราคาต่ำสุด โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวม

The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) intends to hire a private company to provide security services for its office building and Area 10 in Chiang Mai for a period of 24 months. The contractor must provide 4 qualified security guards to work 6 days a week, 12-hour shifts. Their main duties include maintaining the security of buildings and premises, protecting property and personnel, preventing crime, maintaining order, coordinating with relevant agencies, and reporting daily situations. The contractor is also responsible for providing necessary tools and equipment for the operation, such as uniforms, radios, batons, whistles, flashlights, and a Guard Tour system. Deliverables are divided into monthly installments over 24 months. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and offer the lowest price, based on the total price.
