โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อและติดตั้งจอ LED และระบบเครื่องเสียงสำหรับห้องประชุมอเนกประสงค์ ชั้น 7 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ สถาบันประสาทวิทยา เนื่องจากระบบเดิมมีความละเอียดและความสว่างไม่เพียงพอ รวมถึงชุดเครื่องเสียงที่ใช้งานมานานมีคุณภาพเสียงไม่เหมาะสมกับขนาดห้อง วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือการติดตั้งระบบจอภาพความละเอียดสูงและชุดเครื่องเสียงคุณภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพการแสดงผลภาพและเสียงให้คมชัด สวยงาม และเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในห้องประชุมสำหรับการจัดประชุมและสัมมนาทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งจอ LED ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 20.48 ตารางเมตร, เครื่องควบคุมการทำงาน, ซอฟต์แวร์ควบคุม, การ์ดรับข้อมูล, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟฟ้า, เครื่องผสมสัญญาณเสียงดิจิตอล 16 ช่อง, เครื่องควบคุมสัญญาณเสียง, เครื่องขยายเสียง, ลำโพงฝังฝ้า, ลำโพงคอลัมน์, ลำโพงตู้เสียงต่ำ, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟฟ้าและสำรองไฟ, อุปกรณ์รับส่งสัญญาณ และอุปกรณ์กระจายพลังงานผ่านเครือข่าย
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ และต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,889,450 บาท ระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วัน อัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.20 ของราคาสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบต่อวัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
This project involves the procurement and installation of an LED screen and sound system for the multipurpose conference room on the 7th floor of the Chalermprakiat Building, Prasat Neurological Institute. The aim is to enhance the quality of image and sound display, making it clear, beautiful, and suitable for use in the conference room for both internal and external meetings and seminars. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of an LED screen with a size of not less than 20.48 square meters, a controller, control software, a receiving card, electrical protection equipment, a 16-channel digital audio mixer, an audio control device, an amplifier, in-ceiling speakers, column speakers, a low-frequency cabinet speaker, electrical protection and backup equipment, a transceiver, and a network power distribution device. Bidders must meet the legal qualifications, not be bankrupt, not be in the process of liquidation, and must not have any conflicts of interest with other bidders. The selection will be based on price criteria, with a budget of 3,889,450 baht. The delivery period is within 180 days. The fine rate is 0.20 percent of the price of undelivered items per day, and there is a warranty for defects for at least 1 year.
