This project involves the construction of a residential building for civil servants (2 units) in the Buriram Provincial Government Center, along with associated works such as a parking garage, reinforced concrete road, curb stones, drainage pipes, manholes, earth filling, and a fence. The objective is to provide housing for civil servants. This includes: 1) Construction of a residential building for civil servants, 2) Construction of an 18-car parking garage, 3) Construction of a 0.15 m thick reinforced concrete road (construction area of at least 1,310 sq.m.), 4) Construction of precast curb stones, size 15x30x100 cm (quantity of at least 182 m), 5) Installation of Ø 40 cm drainage pipes, 6) Installation of reinforced concrete manholes for Ø 40 cm pipes (6 m spacing), 7) 10,000 cubic meters of earth filling with Zoysia matrella grass planting, and 8) Construction of a fence on 3 sides. It also includes the installation of electrical transformers according to the Provincial Electricity Authority standards and plumbing installation according to the Provincial Waterworks Authority standards. The main objective of this project is to provide suitable and comfortable accommodation for civil servants in Buriram Province.
