The National Housing Authority (NHA) intends to rent 4 passenger vans for its department for a period of 1 year, from March 28, 2025, to March 27, 2026, to ensure sufficient and suitable vans for the agency’s missions.

Bidders must be legal entities with legal qualifications, not have conflicts of interest, and be registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. Importantly, they must have copies of vehicle registration documents for the 4 passenger vans, not older than 6 years from the date of delivery, and copies of exterior and interior photographs of the vans.

The offered passenger vans must be in good condition, registered no more than 6 years ago, with a maximum size of 12 seats, a diesel engine of at least 2,400 cc with a turbo intercooler system, electrical system for convenience, rear-wheel drive, power steering, standard braking system, and complete safety equipment such as seat belts, airbags, and fire extinguishers.

Vehicle delivery must be on schedule at the NHA headquarters, along with relevant documents such as vehicle registration copies, insurance policy copies, and NHA emblem stickers.

The proposal evaluation will be based on price, with the lowest qualified bidder being selected.
