โครงการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete) ในหมู่ที่ 10 ตำบลวังม่วง อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร โดยผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร และมีความยาวรวม 1,160.00 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ลาดยางไม่น้อยกว่า 5,800 ตารางเมตร โครงการนี้รวมถึงการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างโซล่าเซลล์จำนวน 12 ชุด เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและทัศนวิสัยในเวลากลางคืน งานก่อสร้างจะประกอบด้วยงานเกลี่ยปรับแต่งและบดอัดคันทางเดิม, งานชั้นรองพื้นทาง (ลูกรัง), งานชั้นพื้นทาง (หินคลุก), งาน PRIME COAT, งานผิวจราจรและไหล่ทาง Asphalt Concrete, ติดตั้งป้ายจราจร, ตีเส้นจราจร, และติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ งานทั้งหมดดำเนินการภายใต้การดูแลขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยใช้แบบแปลนเลขที่ 18/67

This project involves the construction of an Asphalt Concrete road in Village No. 10, Wang Muang Subdistrict, Wang Muang District, Saraburi Province. The main objective is to improve transportation infrastructure and enhance road safety. The road will have a 5.00-meter wide road surface and a total length of 1,160.00 meters, or a paved area of not less than 5,800 square meters. The project also includes the installation of 12 solar-powered streetlights to improve safety and visibility at night. Construction work includes grading and compacting the existing roadbed, subbase (crushed rock), base course (road mix), PRIME COAT, Asphalt Concrete pavement and shoulders, installation of traffic signs, road markings, and a project signboard. All work is carried out under the supervision of the Saraburi Provincial Administrative Organization, using plan number 18/67.
