โครงการจ้างก่อสร้างนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูทุ่งวัดกลาง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในหมู่ที่ 1, 2 และ 10 ตำบลบ้านเกาะ อำเภอเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ให้กลับมามีสภาพที่ดีดังเดิม โดยการขุดลอกเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความตื้นเขินของแหล่งน้ำ และปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบให้สวยงามและใช้งานได้หลากหลายยิ่งขึ้น โครงการนี้จะช่วยให้ทุ่งวัดกลางเป็นแหล่งกักเก็บน้ำที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการใช้งานด้านการเกษตรในพื้นที่ และช่วยในการระบายน้ำเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมในช่วงฤดูฝน ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการขุดลอกดิน, การวางท่อ คสล., งานดินตัดดินถม, งานทรายรองพื้น, งานเทคอนกรีตสำหรับพื้นที่ต่างๆ, การติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าโซล่าเซลล์จำนวน 40 ต้น และงานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์อื่นๆ ตามที่ระบุในแบบรูปรายการ งบประมาณโครงการตั้งไว้ที่ 9,990,000 บาท ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินโครงการคือ 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง
This construction project aims to dredge and landscape the Wat Klang field, located in Moo 1, 2, and 10, Ban Ko Subdistrict, Mueang Uttaradit District, Uttaradit Province. The main objectives are to develop and restore the Wat Klang field to its original condition by dredging to address the problem of shallow water and improving the surrounding landscape to be more beautiful and versatile. The project will help the Wat Klang field become an efficient water storage source for agricultural use in the area and assist in drainage to prevent flooding during the rainy season. The scope of work includes dredging, laying concrete pipes, earthwork, sand foundation work, concrete paving for various areas, installation of 40 solar cell poles, and other landscaping work as specified in the drawings. The project budget is set at 9,990,000 Baht. The project duration is 180 days from the date of signing the contract.
