โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาชุดเครื่องตรวจอัตโนมัติที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางการแพทย์ โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่สำคัญคือ การติดตั้งชุดเครื่องตรวจอัตโนมัติ การฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ การรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์จาก อย. และ CE Mark การรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 13485 ของบริษัทผู้ผลิต การเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต การชดใช้สินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหาย การแก้ไขซ่อมแซมเครื่องภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และการสนับสนุนระบบสารสนเทศธนาคารเลือด (LIS) โดยไม่คิดมูลค่า เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดจากมนุษย์ (human error) ทั้งนี้ โรงพยาบาลไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบหากเกิดความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือชำรุดของเครื่องตรวจอัตโนมัติ
Procurement of automated analyzer, including installation and user training for staff. The product must be certified by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and CE Mark. The manufacturer must be ISO 13485 certified. The seller must be an authorized distributor from the manufacturer and be responsible for replacing defective products free of charge, repairing the machine within 24 hours, and supporting the Blood Bank Information System (LIS) free of charge to prevent human error. The hospital is not responsible for any damage, loss, or defect of the automated analyzer.
