รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 10 รายการ ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลราชพิพัฒน์ เพื่อใช้ในการจัดพิมพ์เอกสารทางราชการของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล โดยรายการวัสดุที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วย หมึกพิมพ์ Brother (TN-3478P) และดรัม Brother (DR-3455P) รวมถึงหมึกพิมพ์ HP รุ่นต่างๆ (416X, 151/152, 107A, 26A, 30A) แต่ละรายการมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนด เช่น รุ่นที่ใช้งานได้กับเครื่องพิมพ์ของโรงพยาบาล ปริมาณการพิมพ์ต่อตลับ และรายละเอียดที่แสดงบนบรรจุภัณฑ์
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ และพัสดุที่จะส่งมอบต้องเป็นของแท้ ของใหม่ ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งาน และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานจากผู้ผลิต นอกจากนี้ ยังมีเงื่อนไขเฉพาะเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO9001 หรือ ISO14001, MSDS, และความเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของตลับหมึกพิมพ์
ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบสิ่งของตามสัญญาคือ 365 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 เมษายน 2568 ถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569 โดยจะมีการออกใบสั่งซื้อล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 3 วันทำการ และผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบสินค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการนับจากวันที่ได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 60 วันทำการนับจากวันที่ผู้ขายได้แสดงหลักฐานการรับมอบ
มีการรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และมีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบไม่ทันตามกำหนด
This project involves the procurement of 10 computer supplies for Rajpipat Hospital, intended for printing official documents across various departments within the hospital. The supplies include Brother toner (TN-3478P) and drum (DR-3455P), as well as HP toner cartridges of different models (416X, 151/152, 107A, 26A, 30A). Each item has specific requirements, such as compatibility with the hospital’s printers, printing yield per cartridge, and clear product details on the packaging.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and the delivered supplies must be genuine, new, and unused, with manufacturer certifications. Additional conditions include compliance with ISO9001 or ISO14001 standards, MSDS, and environmental friendliness for toner cartridges.
The delivery period is 365 days, from April 9, 2025, to March 31, 2026. Purchase orders will be issued at least 3 business days in advance, and the supplier must deliver within 3 business days of receiving the order. Payment will be made within 60 business days of proof of delivery.
A product quality guarantee of at least 1 year is required, with penalties for late deliveries.
