โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการจัดทำระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการพัฒนาที่ดินชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูง ในพื้นที่บ้านป่าเกี๊ยะ หมู่ 5 ตำบลหนองบัว อำเภอไชยปราการ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อป้องกันการชะล้างพังทลายของดิน และส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีพื้นที่ดำเนินการ 300 ไร่ ลักษณะงานประกอบด้วย การจัดทำขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่อง, การจัดทำคูเบนน้ำแบบสี่เหลี่ยมคางหมู, และติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 70 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งการดำเนินงานและจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 2 งวด กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน โดยสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินเชียงใหม่ จะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการประกวดราคา ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 5 เดือนหลังจากการตรวจรับงานงวดสุดท้าย และจะต้องมีบุคลากรที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ตรงตามที่กำหนด

This soil and water conservation project is part of the Highland Community Land Development Project in Ban Pa Kia, Village No. 5, Nong Bua Subdistrict, Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai Province. The main objective is to prevent soil erosion and promote sustainable land use. The project area covers 300 rai. The work includes the construction of discontinuous terraces, trapezoidal ditches, and the installation of a project signboard. The contractor must complete the work within 70 days from the contract signing date, divided into two phases with corresponding payments. The Department of Land Development, through the Chiang Mai Land Development Station, will use the lowest price criterion to select the winning bidder. The contractor must guarantee against defects for 5 months after the final inspection and must have personnel with the specified qualifications and experience.
