โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายขนาดใหญ่ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของผู้รับบริการในอนาคต และสนับสนุนนโยบายด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเข้าถึงระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ การส่งออกข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายไปยังกองทุนต่างๆ และการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐาน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายแบบ Hyper Converged พร้อม Node Server, หน่วยประมวลผลกลาง, หน่วยความจำหลัก, หน่วยจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบ SSD, ช่องเชื่อมต่อระบบเครือข่าย, และ Power Supply ที่มี Redundant Cooling นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดหาซอฟต์แวร์จัดเก็บข้อมูลสำรองแบบเสมือน, โปรแกรม Hypervisor (VMware vSphere Standard), เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายสำหรับทำหน้าที่ Management, และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล NAS สำหรับสำรองข้อมูลระบบ Virtualization

ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบทั้งหมด โอนย้ายข้อมูลจากระบบเก่า ทดสอบระบบสำรองข้อมูล จัดอบรมบุคลากร และส่งมอบแผนภาพการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ รวมถึงคู่มือการใช้งาน โดยมีระยะเวลาส่งมอบภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี

This project aims to procure a large-scale computer server for Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Hospital to accommodate the growing number of service recipients and enhance the efficiency of data recording, storage, analysis, and reporting. It also supports the linking and exchange of public health standard data.

The scope of work includes providing and installing a Hyper Converged computer server with Node Server, CPU, main memory, SSD storage, network interface, and redundant cooling power supply. In addition, it includes the provision of virtualized backup software, Hypervisor program (VMware vSphere Standard), a computer server for Management functions, and NAS storage devices for Virtualization backup.

The seller must perform the entire system installation, data migration from the old system, backup system testing, personnel training, and deliver equipment connection diagrams and user manuals. The delivery period is within 90 days after signing the contract, with a warranty period of no less than 3 years.
